Hi..

Whenever I try to open airtel.com directly it redirects to vodafone site and that too in some other language and pages talk about some USB modem ?

Its works for Airtel.in too.

Most probably vodafone bought airtel.com long ago so its Vodafone which owns that domain, they redirect it to their site.
