Deshdrohi, a movie produced by bhojpuri actor Kamaal Rashid Khan is not getting out of controversy. Earlier the release of movie was delayed as it was all set to release on 7 th November. But now it will release tomorrow ie. 14th November. But it appears days are not going soothing for the Kamaal R Khan.  After special screening of the movie to Mumbai Police Officials, they have submitted their report to Maharashtra Government stating that movie may prove fatal to the current volatile conditions. The conditions in Maharashtra are on heat because of recent attack on North Indians in Mumbai by MNS.

Deshdrohi produced by Bhojpuri actor Kamaal Khan deals with the injustice and discrimination meted out to the North Indians in Mumbai. However, it has turned very controversial following the campaign started by MNS leader Raj Thackeray against the North Indians staying in Mumbai city.

The movie is not banned in other states however movie had been passed out of censor board.
