hon'ble railway minister mamata banerjee brought railway budget last month  where she had totally a huge offer for her home state west bengal ..  she approved lots of money for wb only &      totally ignored other state where all the other state required some project .. she had argued with former railway minister mr. lalu prasad yadav that he approved big project for bihar and it is her turn now ... these people  are really misbehaving & breaking the rule of indian constitution by thinking about their hometowbn and ignoring other state .we people should protest them
