Scarlett Keeling, 15 year old who was found dead on Goa beach after being rapped. This case had lots of fuzz in media as her mother said that Police official were tryings to cover it up and later on in its second postmortem, it was cleared that she was was rapped and murdered.

Now India Movie director, Prabhakar Shukla is going to make movie this incident however he said that movie will be a total Bollywood masala movie with all singing, dancing etc. however he will try to show the drug racket in Goa as well as Scarlett murder case will be there.
Most probably Katrina Kaif is supposed to play the role of Scarlett Keeling in the movie by Prabhakar Shukla named as "Rave Party".

On the other side, her mother said that Scarlett is not yet buried, making movie is not good, it will then try to make a mockery of her daughter's life.
