Shahid kapoor is going to receive Rajiv Gandhi Award for the Best Actor. Rajiv Gandhi Award is received by personalities like Sachin Tendulkar, Mukesh Ambani, Sunita Williams and Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood and Actor Shahid Kapoor becomes the latest recipient of the prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Award.

Shahid is Very happy to hear this news and said to media that she is very glad to hear that news and said Media that is he is happy and surprised to get the news about he has been chosen for the prestigious award. And he only 28 years old and it's really early in his career. He felt humbled and honoured to be chosen by the jury.

Shahid given many many hits as his First Film was hits the Box and from than he really performed well and his acting skills improved.

any reason for the award?> i mean there are many actors who have given hit films but why shahid? any reason..
