i hav bsnl broadband which disconnects after few times &then reconects
how can i solve the problem
and sometimes the site related to google has been blocked
although there is no problem with windows firewall

Tell your Computer Service people to set  this in the Modem it self as connecter Permanentalt then you will not be disconnected. This is ffor if yyou have an unlimited plan. You can find this Modem Settings in Control panel in Modem.

I had the same problem but it is corrected as above by the Computer service peoplr.
