I came to know that BSNL recently launched two new broadband plans namely as follows :

Unlimited VAS Home Combo ULF 1499
It offers 1 mbps of unlimited download but after 25 GB download speed will be reduced to 256kbps only.


Unlimited VAS Home Combo ULF 2999
It offers 2 mbps of unlimited download but after 50 GB download speed will be reduced to 256kbps only.

It is something similar to Airtel Fair Usage Policy. Looks like good though as it will give you unlimited usage at relatively cheaper price. Good for heavy but legit use but those who are always downloading might not be excited about them.

On their site they talk about all plans but these plans are listed separately with some value added service, looks like only available for 1 year so the confusion are these plans not available without VAS ie. Gaming and Video on Demand and only available for 90 days as said on site ?
