For that you have to login to your account administration and there you can see "Server Order Record" where you can verify what plan you currently have in BSNL.

Login to bsnl account administration and see what plan it is showing. Usually plans are changed on first day of coming month.

YOu can either login into your BSNL Account on www.dataone.in, else just call up customer care on 1500 which is a toll free customer care number if you call from BSNL Landline Phone.

Login to your your bbservice portal and see what it shows there.  But it changes only from the first date of the next month from the date of submission of application.

i have requested to change myhome combo 500c plan into new home combo 749 in dec 09 but till date my plan is not change by bsnl .when change will be activated.
