hey why dont you first check what speed your getting. If you are using your Broadband of 512kbps then log on to http://www.speedtest.net/ and check ur speed..

Once if you feel ur not getting the bandwidth of given line let me know ill guide you

You can't increase speed more than given by your ISP.

You can use caching and software like webaccelerator to improve browsing performance though.

As said, you can only get speed which is given by ISP.
