Yesterday, I recharge my mobile (prepaid ) bsnl with 225 tarif plan While a plan 100 for two month already activate in my mobile number, but this card not activate in my no. When I checked my tarif status (*121#), result outcome "you subcribe to serviceclass 2015 until Aug 10".
The my query are?
1 This card used to another mobile no (When talk customer care the response there were not activate any type of tariff on after 7 june, 2008) i.e. more than one month.
2. This tariff will auto activate after first end.
3. Is I had been charge such amount without and services used of bsnl (for which activate it)
