    actually i want to know what is procedure to activate roaming on my mobile and what are charges for it?

    Roaming is always activated on Prepaid mobile..  charges are:

    Outgoing: Within visited License Service
    Area (LSA)[Local]
    Rs.1.40

    Outgoing: Beyond visited LSA (STD)
    Rs.2.40

    Incoming Calls
    Rs.1.75
