Kamal, it is actually a virus and you need to remove it. 

Simple way to remove this is to delete wscript.exe found under windows\system32 folder .

Or simply do a full virus scan with some effective antivirus product.

thanks actually it's my friends problem as he don't have internet connection it is possible that his must be infected.
i'll give hime a updated definations wity antivirus that must do the job.
