Whenever there is some problem in XP or some software behaves abnormally then XP actually gathers all data and ask you to send it to Microsoft so that they can evaluate and find the reason of malfunction in order to reactify.

But mostly the problem lies in misconfiguration or sometimes bad software.  Do not worry, just make sure you are not overloading your computer, do not use software those are unstable.

Also, keep your system free of virus and trojans.
