i am using windows xp pro sp2,i have broadband connection.
while using internet after sometime i.e 30 to 40 minutes later an error report displays(same error report which appears on any application crash i.e send and don't send error report) after that my internet connecion doesn't work although the icon shows that internet is connected and if i disconnect from internet icon doesn't changeand nothing happens  and sound device also stops i.e no sound comes the only solution left is to restart my pc.

please help
