    MY COMPUTER GETTING SLOW AT START UP. WHEN I OPEN TASK MANAGER IT SHOWS SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS IS USING 98% OF CPU USAGE. I AM HAVING WINDOWS XP SP2 OS

    Your system is absolutely fine, when your system idle process is using 98%, it means that your computer's CPU is 98 % free. See it free system resources.
