I just installed a program cclear and through this I saw that under add and remove option of ccleaner, there is a file named Webfldrs XP .
What is that ? It is not visible in windows xP add remove program option but only in ccleaner ?

Is it some spyware ?

Should I remove using ccleaner ?

create a restore point and then just clear it if it cause some problem just restore your pc.

It is just XP file which is not visible in Window's Add-Remove section but visible in Ccleaner software. Nothing to worry pal .

it is a progaram which makes your uploads secure so if you don't upload anything from your pc then you can remove it.
