    Hi guys,

    I got the one you are looking for... Its SoundForge 9.0. It is not a free software but trials are available in plenty. It is a professional software but it has all tools for cutting and enhancing music too. I have done it many times for dance programs(for making fusion music) for ringtones too, it is so easy to work on it. Just try it out.  Wink
