Bsnl few days ago launched new Broadband plans for home users.

These plans include phone rental so those who are willing to take BSNL's broadband only then can get these without worrying about paying telephone rental extra.

Earlier rental free phone was only available with 900 UL plus plan. 

Difference of both plans is in DATA transfer, ie. Combo 500 is meant for low internet usage people whereas Combo 500 + is meant for comparatively high internet using persons with low usage of calls.
