    Below is the image which shows what you need to click..
    eg. You want to send PM to "kammy" then ...
        

    PMs are like private message, only destined recipient can see it.

    I just realized that few days back we had to implement some restriction that one can not send PM untill he is not having atleast 10 posts, you may be seeing a message displaying same information whenever you login. That is to fight spam and it is very much need of time.
    However I have updated information, you can see it at start of the topic.
