We all see and read it all the time in poetry and stories that it hurts deep on heart when you get pain in love.
But recently conducting a research on Nine Thousand in Britain showed that you really need to have charm and joy in your relations with your loved ones.

It was recently published in Archives of Medicine Journal that a broken heart is 34% more prone to heart disease than the people who have good relations with their loved ones.

A nice thing was observed in the research conducted that people who are more social are less prone to heart diseases. (Note : being social does not means that eating all bad during social meetings). So even if you are not having any problems in your relation then still you are prone to heart diseases so being social act as a cover for your heart.

Another Important thing to note here is that people who are your closed one have negative thinking affects you most.
