From last few years, I am spending a lots of time sitting in front of computer screen. It can be really harmful to your eyes. Even today its has been 6 hours I am continously sitting in front of it and its obvious that my eyes needs rest can be affected seriously but even from sitting long like this I am still able to maintain a good , specs free eyesite..
I wish to share few things which I follow when sitting on computer..
    • Never look into the Monitor screen as if you trying to digg it.
    • Always keep moving your eye lid so that they don't get tried.
    • Every 5-10 minz, stop looking at comptur screen and look to farthest available object you see. This way you are giving little movement to eye muscles and hence keeping them in nice condition. You can even look at the farthest cornor or your room. Keep doing this for a while ie.. looking for and then closer immediately.
    • While working on computer, always try to move your eyes here and there and avoid looking into the Monitor always.
    • When you really feel tired then without wasting any time, take rest for a while thus releaving pain from body too and at the sametime giving rest to eyes.
    • Always make sure that size of fonts on your browser are big enough and readable.
    • Avoid using multicolour desktop wallpaper.
I have just shared few small tricks which makes my eyes more efficient and powerful all the time. Kindly share your experience and views too .

Good tips. Thak you for sharing.

Keep a green leafy plant within the vicinity.
Do eye palming after one hour of continuous work.
Wash eyes with cold fresh water once in while.
