Uptill now we all know that Gandhi Ji said Hey Ram in his last moment, even its written on his memorial ie. on his Samadhi.
But recently, Mr. Kalyanam Venkatraman, 85 years old, who was among who worked with Gandhi ji said that when he was shot he said nothing and just died.

He said he was very close to Bapu when he died. After his death, police did not asked them but just wrote that some one heard him saying "hey ram" when he was dying.

He indeed was a religious man, here its just sharing that Mr. Kalyanam Venkatraman, an eyewitness of Mahatma Gandhi ji's death did not find him saying HEY RAM when he was taking his last breaths.
