I had completed my diploma in civil Engineering in 2003. Now I'm workng in WB govt. sector and want  to do bachelor degree in civil engineering through distance education. Please guide me about the Institution with mail address & Ph.no. Cource fees, duration, seassion, within west bengal and out of west bengal.
