Small car is now the hottest trend in car market. Or we should say ultra small car. As the launch of Tata Nano is nearby, almost automobile company in India also announced their small car project to beat Nano. While, Maruti never said same on launch of Nano but now they too seems to join the fleet of ultra small car development.

It is said that they may launch their small car this year somewhere around launch of Tata Nano.  On the other side in Japan, Suzuki Motor has recently launched a mini car named Cervo , which is powered by a 660cc engine offering 54 bhp. Its turbo-charged variant offers 60 bhp. This car looks more appealing as ultra cheap car to offered from Maruti Suzuki in India.

While news are also that Maruti will work on another small car which will be on platform of Maruti 800 but with more appealing look but sub 800cc engine.
