    Suzuki Hayabusa which got immensely popular in India when rode by Actor John Abraham is now all set to be available legally in India. The Suzuki has finalized to introduce Suzuki Hayabusa GSX 1300R in Indian market this September 2008.

    It is the fastest bike in production and had achieved maximum speed of 3 kmph but production bike is little restricted and does remain under 300 kmph.

    Though company says that sells of superbikes in India is hardly any excitement but as of now our plans are to show our presence and power as superbike manufacturer. Recently Honda also announced to introduce their superbikes in Indian market after Ducati and Yamaha.

    Company officials says that it will hardly sell 150 units per annum but it will strongly show their presence.

    The bike is powered by 1340cc liquid cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder,  DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder engine and after 104 pc of import duty, expect it to priced around Rs. 11-12 lakhs in Indian retail market. Later on the company will introduce other models of 1000cc segment.
