If you remember there was a legal issue regarding Bajaj's patent violation by TVS by introducing Twin Spark plug technology. Bajaj said that TVS is infringing patent they hold however after two years, court gave TVS clean chit to sell TVS Flame with twin spark technology but on one restriction that they can not advertise or publicize their TWIN SPARK technology or say Flame with twin spark technology.

However, TVS see no gain to roll out Flame with Twin spark technology if they can't market it. So as per news speculating, TVS will relaunch their FLAME bike as SR125. Hence most probably we will see SR125 in  market by Mid-JUNE 2009, along with another much awaited bike,  the Apache RTR 180 Menace.

TVS hope to increase their sales by these new launches.
