Hi
This is an interesting news whcih happened recently
and this is one of the exercise myths that people have
i am  a lean person and i used to exercise everyday
suddenly one day my aunt came and told my parents that lean people MUST NOT exercise and this is not good for health
My parents also believed her words and were tryingto stop me from exercising
it took me a lots of time and energy to convince them
this is one of the exercise myths that people have about exercise

Anyhow... Do you still find that you are lean ? Do you still exercise or you are done with it ?

Are you underweight ie.  according to weight to height ratio ?
What type of routine you follow and what is your daily calorie intake ?

And how long its been since you are doing workout ?

Walking is also an exercise...do we keep away from it?Anything done in a balanced and systematic way is good and exercising is extremely good for ones health.
