Hi.. I had once answered similar question : GYNECOMASTIA and bodybuilding

I still have same recommendation that you need to for intense bodybuilding training. Training which should include low weight and high repetition. You should see good difference in 2 months.

Clomid will help u......use amino acids wit ur workout & as u r a pateint of Gyno ur fat density may be high than ur mass.....have some chromium fat burner

I think I've heard of Clomid helping...
Exercise isn't going to do anything for it probably.
