After the acquisition of Corus by TATA, now it another Indian company -Hindalco Industries (Aditya Birla Group) who acquired American Aluminium company  - Novalis corp.

Though the acquisition is not over but its a cash acquisition and it  is said that about 1/4 th of the amount has to be paid by Loans.

After this acquisition , the Hindalco Industries will be the biggest Downstream Aluminium corporation.

I am not very expert in such big business analysis but all such acquisition clearly means a lot of foreign currency to be flowed out of India? Isn't hurting somehow ?

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently.
