As General motors going to fill bankrupt in US, so is there be any effect on Indian operation of General Motors also?

Well according to GM india is the only market for them where thy are not scared..

Also in press conference in US thy had announced that there will be no effect of bankruptcy of GM in india.

And chevrolet spark is really doing good in india along with u-va, aveo, and captiva..
