The Maruti Suzuki Swift D-zire is the replacement for the long-lasting Maruti Esteem, which had earlier offered the people an upgrade from the famous hatch in those times - the Maruti 800, and from the Traditional Ambassador to the modern Esteem. After about 14 long years, the Esteem is being replaced by the Maruti Suzuki swift  Dzire.
