I feel this is really good news for most of the Indian travellers, they mostly complain that Indian flights create a whole lot of delay and even there were threads on this forum where people were complaining about same.

I think somehow this leaked to Govt. from eTalkIndia .. (kidding) and she has actually planned scientific research to check these delays. Indian Govt. shall penalize flights who are delaying the flights and impose fine.

Actually this is all cascading effect, if a flight is delayed and taking slot of other flight then the second flight is delayed and hence causes more flight to get delayed .

Nice Move.. by Govt.

Its really an appreciable step from Indian Government. Now, let's hope for the best implementation of this initiation.

Govt. should have participated much earlier and should have taken hard steps.
