    Hutch-Vodafone recharge policy is totally unjustifiable and kind of cheating. If you recharge for Rs.200/-, they say you will get talk time of Rs104/- and if you recharge for Rs.98/- you get Rs86/- Talk time. Thus if recharge for Rs.196/-, you get talktime of Rs.162. So what is this kind of puzzle, just to cheat the users, because when you recharge on net or at shop normally we take round figure, and they take disadvantage of the same. What TRAI is doing??? How far all these will go..?

    Mehtahb .. I think for Rs. 200 Recharge (That Rs. 199 in real) you get some validity too and that's why it is having less talk time and with 98 recharge you are getting Rs. 86 and it is not having any validity, only money is there.

    Or I misunderstood something !
