Have you ever felt why you are paying the call charges when you actually didnt talk ?

Ok. Let me tell you clearly.

You are talking to someone. The call duration is 4 min 1 second.

So why the mobile company is costing you for the rest of 59 seconds?HuhHuh?

Why should we pay when we actually didnt talk for those seconds?

We need a new change in plan to charge a user each second by second.

    Wat do you all think?

    umm..

As this is called pulse and they charge on the basis of PULSES.

Remember, TATA introduced 2 second pulse but it  was a failure. Seems users did not like it. May be masses do not want that way.

But why? How can this be a failure as this is a profit for the users?

Did you know about that 2 second pulse system ?
I do not remember it properly but was I think.
3 paise per second or something, over it was costlier than 1 minute pulse.

The problem is the Mobile netwrk must exactly divide the amount of 60 second pulse by "sixty" and bring the one second pulse rate.

If they do like this then how it will be a loss?

In usa , there is a telephone service with 1 second pulse rate.

See, they are here to make profit, someone has to tell people that we(consumer) can get more benefit if they makes it 1 second pulse.
For that some knowledgable person can file a petition in court..
Then company will show that they are right and we will have to prove we are right..
whomsover having more logical reason shall win..
