I don't think so the favorite Indian actress. Both of them are just old Because the news arrival artists to bollywood industry.  Last month I had watched a great movie " Aja Nachle" This is great movie of 2007 and Aja Nachele is great Bollywood movie and I like it too much. Madhuri Dixit performance is so excellent and extra ordinary. I like all the songs track of this beautiful Indian movie. We can say that "She is a dancing queen"

Notwithstanding the fact that from out of the Kapoor sisters, Karishma and Kareena, whose image is posted above, only Kareena is currently active as a successful leading lady of Bollywood films, it is Karishma who is more beautiful and talented! She belongs to the generation of Madhuri Dixit, and if Madhuri can stage a comeback to the silver screen, so can Karishma!  But being a daughter of the illustrious Kapoor cinematic dynasty, married with a little daughter, Karishma may or may not return to the film industry. Nonetheless she is still better than Kareena as regards face, figure and acting talent. Thus Karishma remains my favourite  actress instead of Kareena !!!      Smiley

Karisma is no longer into acting, so that leaves us with only one choice, Kareena. As an actress Kareena is OK, but in my view her dance movements are a bit jerky, and could be more fluid. Then she seems to dress for international viewers. She should do more of "desi" roles also! A leading lady is a "heroine" while "heroin" is  the most addictive form of opium!

To like someone more is a matter of personal choice! Of course Karishma is still prettier and has a nice personality. So if evaluated on a personal basis Karishma has charisma, but on professional basis, only Kareena is still holding her post! So where do we go from here?

Agreed that Karishma has done some very good work, during the past, still both are accomplished actresses, and in my opinion, one can only judge their performances on film to film basis!
