    Title seems funny ? Isn't .
Well, Smoking on Silver Screen was banned by Central Health Minister Mr. A. Ramdaus. But Mahesh Bhatt challenged this in High Court and the BAN was called off but now Judges are having conflicts about this decision.
Mr. Mukul Mudgal, judge Highcourt said that this ban is wrong as per the law of freedom of expression, on the other hand Mr. Sanjiv Khanna, Judge highcourt said that this ban is legal as Govt. can ban it as per laws.

Now this case is being forwarded to Mr. M.K. Sharma, Senior Judge of Highcourt. So meanwhile it is lifted.

Judges will solve it later but what do you think ? Should we really ban smoking on Cinema as we have banned in Advertisements ?
