    back home I see huge opportunities awaiting Ms Shetty across Bollywood, amongst marketers, and even politics.

    True to globally-renowned social anthropologist John Naisbitt, the more western our lifestyles become, the greater is the arousal of cultural nationalism. It’s very clear, the reaction to the Shilpa controversy is not about racism; it’s about nationalism.

    Today, we are not just very comfortable with the colour of our skin, we are extremely proud of being Indian. No matter we still like to use fair and lovely ... we are confident Indians.

    Indipop, Hinglish and Bollywood are no longer just for the masses, but symbols of being the new cool Indianica.


    I'm Proud of Shilpa Shetty ... the Indian Acterss with GUTS AND courage. I LOVE HER from the very day she entered the show.

    well ... wt i saw and learnt about her was that she is very balances and said what was appropriate ... and the thing that has made me like her is ... that she is honest and does live up for Indian Dignity.

    the director/ producer who made the movie called ' ek choti si love story' wants to make a film on Shilpa and Jade ... taking the two as real character. Grin
