Shyam Benegal, who is famous for his off-beat and Historical movies is now set to make a movie on Indian spy who was sent on spy mission during world war II.
Noor Inayat Khan was the name of the woman and she was also awarded with "George Cross" for her work.

The movie will be based upon book "the spy princess" by Shrabri Basu.

Just to add here, her ancestors were from the family of Great Tipu Sultan. Her Father was Indian and mother was American.

Also, this is first time when we have any movie in Indian Cinema based upon World War II platform.

So lets see how effective it will be !
