Review of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na



If you are feeling to watch a light hearted, feel good and close to life movie then Jaane Tu Ya Jaane na is for you. Movie will make you laugh, will make you feel sad ( a little ), will show you various face of human relationship and in the end you will find yourself nicely entertained.

This is the debut movie for Imran Khan, the debutant star and nephew of  star khan ie. Aamir Khan. Aamir khan, who is said to do every thing with full dedication has also showed same in this film as the producer. Lately, he did a full support to the publicity of the movie. Everywhere it was Aamir Khan talking about upcoming Jaane tu ya jaane na. Talk shows, tv shows and even in news channel he was there to support and promote his nephew. So did that help ?

Well, movie is surely an entertainer and you will find yourself comfortable throughout the movie. Characters in the movie are life like and above all, the casting is professional and everyone seems to be justifying their given job.

Movie revolves around few college buddies ie. Jai Singh Rathore (Imran Khan), Aditi (Genelia), Jignesh Patel (Nirav Mehta), Sandhya (Aliskha Varde), Shaleen (Sughanda) and Rotlu (Karan) who are there each other and enjoying every moment of life as the gang of friends.

While Jai and Aditi are in love but they both never realize and the story moves on how they accept their loves and related.

Lots of emotions are in the movie while characters are made funny but acceptable and are delight to watch. Even sub plots are nicely arranged. There are funny character as well the moment showing various shades of human emotions.

Movies, as being popularized, does fits on your expectation, its like no fuzz, no big buzz but only entertainment. Debut of Imran Khan is fair enough. He satisfies his role and so do the others in the gang. As an actor he need to be little more polished but as for now, a good start. Genelia looks so refreshing yet girl next door and was sound in all of her acts. Overall, treatment of the movie is fresh. You know the story yet you will keep watching and enjoying.

Music just matches the theme of the movie and right execution of script makes you enjoy it thoroughly. Good work from Abbas Tyrewala in his directional field. The best thing about the movie is that they did not try to do something exceptional but whatever they did, did nicely.

Overall, a good movie to watch with very little to criticize about. And thats ok for as good part does take over bad part easily.

The movie was  overhyped.....
It was good but not excellent or exceptional

new love stories dont just get better than this..not only was the plot a little different, the actors and the song and the comedy was way better than anything that the likes of QSQT ever had. Too bad the movie didnt do that well.Imran khan is cute, but the heroine is cuter..and naseruddin shah in the photo frame takes the cake!!his firm belief that his son will go to the jail once and wil ride the horse one was hilarious!! And the last thing, i liked the movie also because I feel best freinds make the best spouse.cheers!
