Love Aaj is home Production movie of Saif Ali khan which is directed by Imtiaaz Ali. Its Imtiaaz Ali’ third Film earlier he directed movie like Socha na Tha and Jeb We Met which did a superb performance at the box office.

Love Aaj kal is based today’s generation love like don’t distance love, online Romance which is completely different from 60’s love. 

This a movie about two different generation love stories, one the Modern generation and second the Old generation love.

Jai ( Saif Ali) and Mera ( Deepika padukone) the modern generation couple lives at london and as per them love is not life Romeo Juliet those can do anything for their love and sacrifice with the things the like.  Jai and Meera the Modern couple did know the actual meaning of love. As per them the Love stories like Romeo Juliet only happened in books but in real life they have to be practical so as the time passes they both decided to glow with the flow and they choose different path for their lives.
 
On other hand Veer Singh ( Saif Ali Khan) and harleen kaur the Old Genration couple . Here Veer singh struck by the thunderbolt where he first time sees harleen kaur and fall in love with her and wanted to spend his whole life with her. Veer Sing travels hundred of kilometer just to see her but could not able to tell her he is in love with her.

The both Character were clashes with each other. Veer not able to understand how jai can do love with out true feelings , passion and why he is not taking love seriously and not thinking it by heart and on other hand Jai not able to understand how could Veer can go silly about Harleen in the days of his youth.

That what the Movie concludes as Jai and Meera new Generation doest know the love values and distance grows day by day as they took career over the romance and confusion of choosing and giving attention to his/her life partner and Veer and Harleen Story shows about the old innocent and cute love story where love is everything and where people do think from their heart rather than the mind of choosing between love and career.

But the story of movie show the experience of love remains same whether its new or old Generation.

Good to watch  as Saif and Deepika performed well in this movie and its good to know the real meaning of love as now days some people do not give respect to their love and they forgets the meaning of True love.
