INGREDIENTS :

250 gm Fresh Cream
5-6 tsp Sugar
1/8 cup Milk
1/4 cup Pomegranate (Anar)
1 Apple (Diced)
1 Banana (Diced)
2 Slices of Musk Melon (Diced)
A few Cherries
A few Grapes
A few Almonds
A few Raisins
2 Pinches Green Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
1 tbsp Rose Water (Gulaab Jal)
(You can add your choice of fruits too)

METHOD :

Beat Cream and Sugar, Adding a Little Cold Milk
Add the Other Ingredients
Sprinkle Green Cardamom Powder
Sprinkle Rose Water
Serve Chilled 

And Be Ready for Appreciations...  Wink
