Hello Rajan,

There is no Problem for Buying property in india. My best friend have also faced the Same Confusion. Then He consulted  Nri legal services who helped him to buy Property in india and without any Problem.  So as a friend I suggest you  should also use these type of services.  It would be Beneficial for giving you the right Details and Suggestions.

Thanks for the reply

After reading your comments i logged on nri legal services. It is a firm which provides services to NRI people who are facing problems like property disputes, divorce matters about immigration and gives suggestions about buying land in india and many more. I registered myself there as a client and send my Query there. they replied me that they will revert me back with in 7 working days. I am sure they will give me good suggestions.

Thanks to all of you for giving me such a profitable suggestion.
