DEAR FRIENDS
We are talking of indian Women going places, but indian Men have no change in there  BEHAVIOUR ,which is  ages old  & plight of indian Women.I know women of good business families in big cities like DELHI . Women helps her husband throughout in business & now when she is 60 yrs  of age , she finds, that her husband has fradulently put all the business in his name , (in which both were earlier equal partners), & conniving with his family & charted accontant ( as she didnt understand accounts much)  He started telling her she can leave if she wants. A women who made her house for 38 years & helped her husband through thick & thin ,is made to go through this .In her agony, her daughters took her side & she left husbands house with only a house ( merely of 3 crorers ) in her name in comparison to the 200 crore business. She is not taking any action, as she has to marry her 2 daughters ,who live with her now so, because of the social bindings & presssures. So the ultimate result is the responsibility & presssures, all fall on Indian Women  Still she quietly suffers & bears it ,for the respect of her family & future of her children. So where have we reached with all this advancement , no where as far as women are concerned.I think its a Serious Matter & law should be easier to get her divorce & her rights . As women  hate & hesiitate to go to courts & suffer long procedures of courts . There should be a law that women applies for arbitration ( through some family members only) & man should also chooses one person from his side & these arbitators have to finish the award within 3 or 6 months. If mans side tries to delay, then only one side of the arbitators award shold be final & binding by law on man.
AS TIME PERIOD OF ONLY 6 MONTHS SHOULD BE THE ESSENCE OF THE AWARD, As men are capable of prolonging the matters of justice .
& JUSTICE CAN BE DELAYED  TO THE WOMEN.
IN Some countries abroad in Sweden you can take Divorce at home with the witness of some of of ur relatives on the papers of divorce , its so easy. Why not make the law so easy for indian women . We Need to Do Some Thing Like This & Faster.

With a Quick-Reply you can use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post, but much more conveniently.
