    Dear Friends
I am not a lawyer but a lay man ,  seeing the pathetic state of our Judiciary. I want to suggest some ways which can be worked upon by any judges or law makers in a proper way, to sort out at least our day to day problems with a easier system & giving powers to the people them selves.
Like for getting Divorce in India is really difficult & both the families of boy & girl have to face a lot of harrasment & the go to  Courts, instead why not 2 people from both sides be nominated as arbitraitors & reach a decision & award with family people signing as witness. It should be  taken as full & final settlement & that can be submitted in Court for a Stamp only, that this is a binding on both the parties, 3 months should be the time limit
Women above the age of 60 should be permitted to make a family decision for reaching any settelment with her husband, with the consent of children & submitted in the court as final & not challangable .
Only the agency or a lawyer be appointed if some one like( son) troubles the parents both or whoever is alive, with the intervention of daughter &  a relative&  it should be a binding.
THANKS FOR THE NEW LAWS PASSED IN FAVOUR OF OLDER PARENTS , WHOM SONS OF TODAY  ARE TREATING LIKEA WORTHLESS &USE LESS HUMAN BEINGS.
     THANK GOD.
Same wayFamily matters of Property Disputes be decided by some member of mothers family & a lawyer as arbitrator , but time binding should be the main essence of settlement, that should not exceed more than three months or so, & that paper be stamped by the court & taken as final. This way Courts will be free for dealing with higher & serious kinds of crimes  & they can be settled faster as well with lesser load of cases.
IT WILL REALLY COST LESS &AS WELL AS  LESS HASSEL FOR THE  PUBLIC IN GENERAL
Hope some one will take this Matter to the concerened Authorities of law & put it on paper very soon.

The fault is not in the laws but in the system. Infrastructure is the key word.  The number of courts should be increased drastically. Morevoer people should be educated with ADR.
