    what are the funbdamentel iddues that effect the timely procedure of cases?

    why id justice not given to right people on right time Huh

    why is India lagging behind in the field of law and order where it is the fastest growing economy in the world ?

    Its not one single person or something....from one to all the whole system is at fault....Na sirf insaaf dene waale corrupt hain, balki kai baar log insaaf maangte hi nahin hai....jiska nateeja yeh hai ki jo insaaf lene jaate hain unhe tareeqain milti rehti hain.....as Ricky said, its a big and complicated issue.
