Actually there are plenty of articles regarding that which I encounter every now and then.
All you need is first to draft main points and then begin making a presentation on it.
For Example, you may have following outlines :

1. What is Internet,
2. Evolution of Internet,
3. Current Means of internet and technology used
4. Future of Internet
5. Internet and India  (Can describe everything related situation internet in current and future India)

Take them as starting point, as you will read on, you may be able to classify it better and then will come up with a good presentation but this all will need good amount of time and reading.
