Nokia and AT & T announced New Surge phone Social networking mobile that is aimed at text-heavy users who want to stay connected to social networks.

The Surge will be able to play multiple types of audio and video files with a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard in a slim, stylish design and Symbian S60 multi-tasking capabilities.

Features of Nokia Surge Phone are:-

•   2.0 Mega Pixel Camera
•   AT&T Navigator
•   JuiceCaster – users can share videos and pictures from their wireless device to the social networking sites
•   Bluetooth
•   HTML
•   Flash
•   Ovi Store
•   QWERTY keyboard


As per the source it will be low cost handset. Price and availability not yet announced.

This thing is dead...

and whats the use of QWERTY board on useless Symbian OS?
The frustrating security issues render most the apps useless!

Nice smartphone, but I think that the Iphone 3GS is more efficient.
