     :oi recently talked to a customer care executive so that tyey can solve my problem but when they were unable to solve my problem they disconnected my call without any reason i never used any abusive word or any word that would have made them angry. i was feeling disrespected so i have decided to complain them to thir senior officer please help me how to do that?? Sad

    I told somewhere that you need to send mail to all their official addressess given on their site. Tell them that you will goto Consumer forum if their representative continue behaving same.

    Also, they have record of all calls you make to customer care along with your detail so its not hard to find that who were talking from CC at that time.
